My perspective on coaching
In my view, good business coaching is personal as well as systemic. It addresses the very human aspects such as inner obstacles. We can transform your inner stories, so that those aspects which have been obstacles are transformed into sources of personal strength. I’m a Certified Narrative Coach Practitioner, which means that I know how to make coaching very safe and very transformative. I will also work with you on topics of systems analysis, such as identifying process bottlenecks, so that you can then decide what to do about them. Your personal growth needs to go hand in hand with your work on transforming and developing the business system around you.
Here is a straightforward framework that can help when things are not going as they should: Get clarity on your important goals, overall and marketing strategy. Shift to taking action strategically and intentionally. Celebrate progress regularly.
When implementing such a framework, you probably want the support of a coach. Such coaching is not a luxury or a sign of weakness. Think of how for sports athletes, working with a coach is not a sign of weakness, but a way of becoming stronger.
You want your business to have a significant and positive impact, and I’m sure that you can achieve that.
I’m specifically working with clients where part of what they’re concerned with are topics related to the Christian faith, or topics related to AI, such as opportunities, fears, or risks. In regard to faith in Jesus, my perspective is aligned with the International Christian Chamber of Commerce ICCC, where I am serving on the national board in Switzerland.

Restrictions: I will decline coaching engagements if I feel that there is not sufficiently good alignment in regard to personal values, or if I'm already coaching a direct competitor, or if making appointments turns out to be too difficult. In regard to appointments and time zones, all of Europe and the eastern half of North America (Central Time, Eastern Time and Atlantic Time) usually work out okay.
